When ordering our crafted template designs, we have a few guidelines in place to make the ordering and creating process as seamless as possible.

+ A form will appear before your order is added to your cart, specific to the chosen design. We recommend drafting this information in advance using textedit or a word document to prevent spelling errors.
+ Once your order has been placed, you acknowledge and accept the accuracy of all provided information, including spelling, grammar, colour and any other details submitted (including forms). Please note that orders cannot be modified once placed.

Our templated designs aim to create beautiful bespoke designs while working alongside our team to tailor these based on your event. Due to this, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible while prioritising the quality of service.

Here is our current timeline for templated designs:

+ Within 2 business days, you will receive an official email with the print proof (digital version).
+ Following this, you will accept the design before it is sent to our local printer.
+ This process does not allow for content or spelling changes.
+ After acceptance of the print proofs, you should expect to receive your Arca paper order within 2-4 weeks.

You have the ability to go through one round of changes, which must be compiled and sent within a single email in response to the official proof email. Please note that this is only relevant to minor layout tweaks, as the design is set and cannot be customised.

We do not allow for design modifications, including font and layout changes. By proceeding with this order, you accept that the design is final and will only be modified to make the information relevant to your event.

We understand that the design shines brighter with the perfect high quality paper finish. This is why we work with local paper suppliers to bring your design to life.

Due to this, pricing is based on the quantity of items you are purchasing. While we don’t recommend ordering significantly more than you require, as it may result in unnecessary costs, it’s worth noting that higher quantities can be more cost-efficient per item. This is due to prices per item, making larger runs often more economical.

With that in mind, we recommend ordering the quantity most suitable for your event and adding a few extras just incase. After all, who wouldn’t want to keep a copy of their own beautiful invite?

Please note that as these products are customised, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We take full responsibility for our designs, and in the unlikely event of an error from our end (such as colour, provided details or print faults), we will kindly correct your order.
